Monday

4 rounds for time of:

20 Squat Cleans, 115/75 lbs

Run, 800 m

 

 

Tuesday

25min of work/rest:

 

Tabata Push Jerk, 95/65 lbs (4min total)

Rest 3 mins

Tabata Chest-to-bar Pull-up (4min total)

Rest 3 mins

Tabata Push-up (4min total)

Rest 3 mins

Tabata Hang Power Snatch, 95/65 lbs (4min total)

 

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.

 

 

Wednesday

Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

 

 

Thursday

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:

20 Dumbbell Push Press, 50/35 lbs

40 Double Unders

12min EMOM (every min on the min)

2 x Squat snatch

Pick your starting weight and add 5-10lbs each round

 

Friday

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

15min AMRAP:

100' single arm dumbbell farmer carry (50lb/35lb)

10 x pullups

25 x Abmat situps

100' single arm overhead walking lunges (50/35)
