L Arm Kettlebell Snatch, (53/35lb)

R Arm Kettlebell Snatch, (53/35lb)

Pull-up


Tuesday

OPEN Skills Practice:

Pistols (ankle and calf mobility)

 

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

 

Wednesday

OPEN Skills Practice:

Muscle ups

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

5 Strict Muscle-ups

4 Squat Snatches, 185/125 lbs

 

Thursday

OPEN Skills Practice:

"Dumbbells" 

2 rounds for QUALITY:

4x Dumbbell Thrusters

4x Dumbbell Devil's Press

4x Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

4x Dumbbell Overhead Squat

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

20 Push-ups

50 Air Squats

Bench Press
