We will be using the numbers/results from Friday's lifting for an upcoming strength cycle we're going to do starting at the end of April!  Be sure to log in BTWB :)

Monday

Snatch Balance 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

 

Tuesday

5 rounds for time of:

Run, 800 m

30 Kettlebell Swings, (70/53lb)

30 Pull-ups

 

Wednesday

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

7 Squat Snatches, 165/110 lbs

14 Strict Ring Dips

 

Thursday

For time:

Run, 800 m

-- then –

10 rounds of:

10 Handstand Push-ups

10 Pistols

-- then –

Run, 800 m

 

Friday

Powerlifting Total:

Max Bench Press

Max Squat

Max Deadlift
