Wendler Bench Press: Week 2

Bench Press 1x3 at 70% 1RM

Bench Press 1x3 at 80% 1RM

Bench Press 1x3+ at 90% 1RM

 

Then,

As many reps as possible in 12 mins of:

GHD Sit-up, 1 min

Bar Muscle-up, 1 min

GHD Sit-up, 2 mins

Bar Muscle-up, 2 mins

GHD Sit-up, 3 mins

Bar Muscle-up, 3 mins

 

Tuesday

10 rounds, each round maintain the pace for as long as possible:

Sub 1:25/500 m Row

Rest 3 mins between each round.

 

Wednesday

Wendler Back Squat: Week 2

Back Squat 1x3 at 70% 1RM

Back Squat 1x3 at 80% 1RM

Back Squat 1x3+ at 90% 1RM

 

Then, 20min minimum deliberate foam rolling/mobility work

 

Thursday

“Annie”

50-40-30-20-10 reps, for time of:

Double Under

AbMat Sit-up

 

Then, if you have time, straight into:

4 rounds for time of:

Run, 400 m

50 Air Squats

 

Friday

Wendler Deadlift: Week 2

Deadlift 1x3 at 70% 1RM

Deadlift 1x3 at 80% 1RM

Deadlift 1x3+ at 90% 1RM

 

Then, 10min of L-sit practice and 10min minimum foam rolling/mobility
