Ever wonder what exactly CrossFit is?  What's different about it than any other HIIT program or circuit training?  Why do we do certain things in our workouts and where are these seemingly random weights and movement combinations coming from?  This is you opportunity to find out! 

From April 15th to April 19th, M-F, we are running every single class through our CrossFit Fundamentals program.  Each day we will teach you something new about CrossFit and do a different workout each day with the intent of learning and practicing many of the foundational movements we use in CrossFit.  We'll show you how and why these translate into better performance for the things outside the gym that you care about :)

If you come in for this knowing someone who is already a member it's FREE.  If you don't know anyone yet, you'll have more friends when it's all said and done and it only costs $30 for the 5 days!
