Remember, even if there's something you don't think you can do, that's what the coaches are here for.  We're going to make sure everyone is individually challenged in a way that is appropriate for experience and ability level! :)

 

Monday

3 rounds for time of:

7 Dumbbell Bench Press, pick load

5 Strict L Pull-ups

-then-

Row 1000 m

This is an all-out effort for time, immediately after the 3 rounds

 

Tuesday

Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

 

Wednesday

“Fight Gone Bad”

3 rounds, 1 min per station, of:

Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft

Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 75/55 lbs

Box Jump, 20 in

Push Press, 75/55 lbs

Row Calories

Rest 1 min

Rotate immediately to the next station every 1 min, the clock does not stop or reset between stations. 

 

Thursday


3 rounds for time of:

15 Squat Cleans, 135/95 lbs

15 Ring Dips

 

Friday

3 rounds for time of:

3 Legless Rope Climbs, 15 ft

5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
